Come enjoy our happy place. This peaceful and unique suite is located on a small farm, along the crystal clear waters of the North Thompson River. The acreage is picturesque with horses, a small apple orchard. The large groomed lawn features a firepit, gazebo, tiki bar, dance floor, and kids area. A private sandy beach is only steps away, with a safe back eddy great for swimming and cooling off during the hot summer days. Built in 2022, this barn style home offers unique features such as sauna room, deck, large chef's kitchen, generous bathroom, wood burning fireplace. Located 20 minutes from town and 30 minutes to the golf course. 10 minutes to nearest lake, with approximately 100 more within an hours drive. Bordering access to the KVR trail. Outdoor activities include quading, biking, fishing, hunting etc. Leave the city behind and come enjoy the country outdoor experience where the night sky comes alive.

Secluded lake front cabin

Lakefront cabin at a quiet fishing lake (10HP boat limit) Almost 1000' lake frontage on a 10 acre property. This is a modern cabin/house. Landscaping is difficult in this area, but there is a nice patio and amazing views! You can walk around the lake which is about 5km, or one hour. This is a quiet area. There is a campsite on the other side of the lake, and approximately 20 other cabins around the lake. On summer days you will see people float around the lake on docks and small boats.

Holmwood Farm Julia’s Kitchen Suite

Julia’s Suite features a full kitchen. An adjoining (Buds Lounge Suite) can also be rented for up to four additional guests. Holmwood Farm is a very scenic property with great views and lots of hiking and x country ski trails. It is home to a small flock of sheep, and cows which are grazed regeneratively. . You will have access to fresh vegetables from our garden in the summer months , and free range eggs, pastured meats and locally sourced gifts from our farm store.

The bedroom has one queen bed and there is a small sofa-bed in the main living space that sleeps one adult or 2 children. The suite is bright, spacious and has an outdoor covered deck with BBQ area. Relax and enjoy the amazing mountain and city views. We are located just off the hwy and minutes (by car) to downtown Kamloops.
