Our amply appointed kitchenette and Netflix fitted TV in the bedroom make The Annex a snug and contemporary place to kick back and relax after enjoying the sights of Bath. PLEASE READ: Bath is surrounded by 7 hills, we are lucky enough to live on one so please consider this factor if you have mobility issues.

A cosy, warm and romantic room for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers. PLEASE NOTE narrow steps lead down to the private front door, these may not be suitable for people with mobility issues to access. There is a wood burning stove installed. The Bathroom is contemporary in style with an electric shower, sink and toilet. There is a small separate area to make tea and coffee with a fridge, toaster and microwave.
