Beautiful Apartment Connected to an Art Gallery

This stunning minimalist-inspired home adds its own artistic flair to the decor by placing bold and exciting art pieces throughout every room. With hardwood floors and black and white fixtures, each space has an elegant charm and character. The gallery and apartment is owned by an artist, who designed the space to show his work. Guests will have access to the whole gallery, but for rent is only the private apartment adherent to the gallery, including a small kitchen, a combined living sleeping area with a loft style bathtub and attached separate bathroom with shower. The other sleeping area can be separated by movable walls and has an extra bathroom with shower and toilet as well. Guests also have access to the back yard until 10 pm. Our aim is, to welcome all our guests personally and show them around and help them getting started in Berlin. Since we are also living in Berlin we are happy to help if any difficulties occur during the stay. It's Mitte, means closed to all cultural attractions, shopping and nightlife, but still quiet and you don't feel like living in a "bar". I like to call it the "new quiet Mitte" since recently a lot of luxury apartment buildings were constructed next to existing architecture, so it's for Mitte a pretty quiet neighbourhood, but Gendarmenmarkt, Checkpoint Charlie, Alexanderplatz, Friedrichstraße are all within easy walking distance (10min) Subway station (U-Bhf) Spittelmarkt 2 min walk. You can only access your apartment through the gallery, which may be gently used by the artist. Your apartment is private and will during your stay not be accessed by us. Mitte neighborhood is within walking distance to many of the city's iconic locations such as Checkpoint Charlie with superb shopping, dining, and nightlife nearby as well. There is easy access to public transport making exploring easy and convenient.

Wir bieten eine helle, sehr geräumige, gemütliche und komplett eingerichtete DG-Wohnung . Der sehr große Balkon (ca. 3x7m) mit Westausrichtung hat einen hohen Freizeit-und Erholungswert, besonders am Abend. Unser Haus liegt idyllisch im Randgebiet eines gepflegten Lübbener Vororts. Lübben als Tor zum Ober- und Unterspreewald ist ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in beide Regionen. Der Gurkenradweg führt direkt am Haus vorbei. Als Hosts stehen wir euch mit dbzgl. Tipps gern zur Seite.

Im Kur und Erholungsort Lübben (Spreewald) befindet sich 3Km von der Lübbener Innenstadt deine geräumige, private Unterkunft! Die Ferienwohnung wird von uns sorgfältig gepflegt und sauber gehalten. Im gemütlichen Kingsize Bett mit Ambilight ist ein erholsammer Schlaf garantiert. Darüber Hinaus bieten eine ausziehbare Schlafcouch/sofa und ein Einzelbett auch Platz für 5 Personen, wenn es mal abenteuerlich sein darf. Eigene Küchenzeile, Bad/Dusche, TV sowie WLAN! The world-famous Museum Island, the Cathedral and the Reichstag are all within walking distance. Absolute peace and quiet at home with breathtaking views over the city (Fernsehturm, Rotes Rathaus, large inner courtyard roof terrace with loungers) and luxury interiors. The perfect hideaway in the city center.

Die Schlossinsel wie auch die Altstadt mit allen Annehmlichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Im Sommer kann man im Flußbad oder im Müggelsee schwimmen. Der Flughafen BER ist in 45 min mit Bus (162/164) und S-Bahn (45/9) erreichbar. Wer Städtetrip und Entspannung verbinden möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

3 Charming 2 Room Apartment in Berlin Mitte

This charming apartment in the heart of Berlin is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, shops, galleries and museums, yet quiet. It is lovingly planned and furnished. The apartment can accommodate 4 people. The bedroom is small but has a 160x200 double bed. The living room is equipped with a cosy sitting corner including a 140x200 sleeping sofa. Please know the sofa is not as comfortable as a propper bed. We finally got an elevator! The way to metro, bus and tram stations is short.

Die Unterkunft liegt am wunderschönen Teupitzer See, der sich zum Baden und aller Art Wassersport eignet. Das Haus ist neu erbaut worden und verfügt über allerhand moderner Gadgets die das Wohnen äußerst komfortabel machen. Die Inneneinrichtung wurde dem Apartment am See hell und zeitgemäß angepasst. Ein Kingsize-Boxspringbett lädt ein, einen aktiven Tag in der Brandenburger Natur gemütlich ausklingen zu lassen. Außerdem erwarten unsere Gäste köstliche Teesorten und Nespresso Kaffee.

Das Ferienappartement befindet sich in einem 2017 neu erbauten Haus mit separatem Zugang ins 1. OG. Es ist ein kontaktloser Aufenthalt mit check in über Schlüsselbox möglich. Gern begrüßen wir unsere Gäste aber selbst. Die Unterkunft ist nur für 2 Personen und für Kinder nicht geeignet. Abweichungen von der eingestellten Mindestaufenthaltsdauer können über eine Anfrage vereinbart werden. Die Unterkunft ist nicht barrierefrei.
