This newly renovated schoolhouse doubles as a picturesque live-in museum! Well lit with stately windows, the upper level delivers a fusion of classic and modern with a fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom and large bathroom with a quaint tub and hand crafted fittings. The lower level boasts of 2 bedrooms with bathrooms, a cozy living area, kitchenette, dedicated workspace and separate entrance. The back patio has heated flooring; making the winter months bearable for outdoor activities.

Timberwalk Guesthouse

Welcome to an amazing winter experience in our cozy guesthouse and sauna. Soak in the hot tub, watch a movie in the guesthouse in front of the fireplace and turn on the diffuser to create the most relaxing evening! There are various aromatic oils to choose from. You can also make an outdoor fire in the large firepit. There is plenty of wood on site! Everything you need to unwind, relax and connect with nature! The floor is heated and the fireplace provides additional warmth to the loft bedroom.

The Guest House

Included on this farmhouse property is a patio & furniture, picnic table, fire pit, BBQ, and lots of open yard. Guests have full use of the house, including the kitchen, which is fully stocked with glassware, dishes, utensils, cookware, dishwasher, and coffee & tea. Beside Exeter Golf Club/The Barn Restaurant. 30 min drive to Grand Bend. 2 min drive to hiking trails, Ironwood Golf Course & Exeter. Locally, St. Thomas and Port Stanley have plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, breweries and local museums for you to explore!

The Coach House is a barn converted into a comfortable rustic 2 bedroom home with an attached yoga studio set on 2.5 acres in the heart of Lucan. The studio contains a half bath and washer/dryer. The studio will be locked and only accessible for stays that are over 7 days. The owners live on the property in a separate Victorian home. The Coach House has 2 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen , and bathroom with sink, tub/shower, and toilet. There is a Outdoor fire pit and private hot tub
