Right off of route 71 and 30, close to downtown Mansfield for a convenient getaway. This cozy ranch has 2 living rooms, 2 bedrooms, an office, 1.5 baths, plenty of off street parking, a garage and spacious backyard with a patio area for kids and pets. Located in a quiet, walkable neighborhood near downtown Mansfield and close to many local attractions, shopping and restaurants. We are happy to accommodate requests if possible. Please give us at least 24 hours notice, as we both work full time.

This lodge has everything you need for a long getaway! Large kitchen and communal spaces for family hangouts. The 1st level has 2 standing arcade games (NFL blitz & Mortal Combat), a bar, large smart tv, miniature ping pong and laundry room. Each level has its own full bathroom. The middle level bathroom has a jet tub! Near Mohican State Park!

You will be staying in a relaxing, freshly renovated basement apartment with a fully furnished kitchen, and private entrance. Our space is family & business friendly, conveniently located just steps away from the B&O Bike Trail, 6 miles to Mochican State Forrest, Snow Trails Ski Resort, Malabar Farm, Pleasant Hill Lake, canoeing, & short drive to Mansfield Reformatory, Mid-Ohio Race Track and 31 miles to Cardinal Shooting Center. Our home sleeps 3-4 people with queen size bed and futon .

One block from Freer Field with walking paths and where the Ashland Hot Air Balloon Fest is held every July 4th. Short drive to Mochican State Park. Take a hike, mountain bike, ride horses on the many bridle trails, canoe, fish and picnic. Explore the many restaurants, golf courses and farmers market. We will be there for you as often as needed.
