Enjoy my waterfront vacation home on Bell Channel in beautiful, peaceful and serene Freeport, Bahamas. The condo is new renovated in 2018. European furniture and new kitchen New electronic devices Quiet surrounding; perfect location for romantic holidays Port Lucaya Marketplace is a 5 min. boat transfer away (Ferry from Flamingo Hotel) Enjoy Watersport with UNEXCO Botanical activities in Garden of Graves Taino Beach and Taino Beach Hotel only 2 minutes by foot. Maximum occupancy is 2 Adults or 1 Adult and one child. The condo is new renovated in 2018 (new furniture, new kitchen, new TV) State of the art equipment : cable LCD TV, PlayStation 4; Apple TV ; Microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator; water kettle, Brita water filter, Keurig coffee machine & Filter caffee machine, Amazon tv with Netflix; first aid kit, fire extinguisher Our condo is ground floor, only 20 ft to the swimming pool. In addition, you'll be able to watch the sun set across bell channel from the back door. You'll be able to make your own meals in our fully furnished kitchen, or go into Port Lucaya or Taino Resort as options for meals. Pool Access Shared Access to Laundry The condos at Obera Beach are in one of the most peaceful and serene settings in Freeport. You will enjoy the quietness of the area, or you'll be able to go to Port Lucaya for nightlife and activities only a 10 minute boat ride from the flamingo bay hotel, which is only two minutes away from the condo.

Lovely, gated waterfront condo with balcony, overlooking the pool and Bell Channel Bay with a 5 min. walk to Taino Beach. Watch the sunset as you relax & unwind in our fully equipped studio one bedroom. The kitchen has a stove, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffeemaker & Keurig machine. There is a King bed with storage and a work desk with a comfy chair. New granite and tiles throughout. The condo has a flat screen TV along with cable & reliable, fast wifi. Close walk to Coral Beach

This newly renovated condo is located within a 5 minute walk to Coral beach, one of Grand Bahamas nicest beaches. There you can enjoy the sand, go for a swim or stop in at the restaurant for some local fish and a nice cold beverage. Allamanda court is also located within a 15-20 minute walk to Port Lucaya where you can find local shops, bars and restaurants. For those who enjoy golfing, The Reef golf course is close by. SEA GRAPE SUITE: Relax at this charming and cozy one bedroom suite, located on a quiet street that culminates at the beach, just a 200 meter walk away. There are two other guest suites on the property with community laundry facilities, patio and yard. Rental car is available on property, most reasonable rates on island. Drivers must be at least 25 years old. NOTE: We are located in Freeport, Grand Bahama Island, not Nassau (which is on a different island)
