This is one of few places in the Hill country that is 5 minutes away from downtown Fredericksburg and feels like your in the countryside. Its located on 43 acres, offers a plethora of exotic wildlife. As you drive in, there's an old style wooden covered bridge crossing a pond with cascading waterfalls! You are welcome to fish at the pond or our creek out back. We don't offer breakfast, but the kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, and appliances. We do supply coffee, sugar,and cream.

The Perfect Getaway: Fabulous riverfront location! Private apt that is a peaceful getaway on the Guadalupe River. Take the stairs to fish/launch your kayak. Grill in your private patio after a day of exploring the riverwalk, Kerrville Schreiner Park, breweries and wineries. We are perfectly situated five minutes to Comfort, 20 minutes to Fredericksburg or Boerne and 25 minutes to Kerrville. Good for couples, solo adventurers, and business traveler. Not suitable for young children. Unit has stairs and is not childproof.
