Kis Residence has an alluring timeline. A land of family heritage to a secluded luxury abode. Damir and Veselka Kis, both born in Croatia, settled in Australia where they enjoyed a life of hard work and raising a family. Upon visiting the village of Kneze on a family holiday in 2009, they were both inspired to turn this empty and untended farmland into a waterfront residence. The project finished in 2017 and we are the Kis Residence as we know it today.

The house is located in a quiet part of Korcula, on the road to Lumbarda. The house has two apartments for rent. In our apartments we also serve breakfast. We always try to prepare food for breakfast that is produced on our farm, and that is organically grown, or organically grown food that is produced by methods complying with the standards of organic farming, from local producers. Breakfast is not included in price.

Tuš sa toplom vodom nalazi se na plaži kod kuće udaljen 10m, a plaža je privatna samo za goste apartmana.
