Gabriele, italian architect, lives and works in Mozambique as a free-lance. He spent three years restoring a beautiful ancient portuguese 1700's house which is now a lovely place to take a rest and enjoy the Island's life. The old water tank is now a salt water swimming pool surrounded by a relaxing garden. Fan, air conditioning, family rooms, suite with private garden and see view terrace. Fully equipped three-story house in central Ilha de Moçambique with a pool and three large en-suite bedrooms with ocean views. The lower floor is suitable for kids and has its own bathroom with a shower. Recanto Azul is a two-minute walk from the Museum, and under ten minutes to several restaurants, the star fort, and the beach. Each bedroom has a balcony and there are two rooftop verandas. Breakfast and traditional island food is available on request. Great place for up to three families!

Vila osmanli - historic house by the Sea

Villa Osmanli - is one of the warehouses part of the 17th century Old customs house building (the first one to be built in ilha). We transformed it into a well decorated and stylish villa with all amenities and comfort. The villa is right in front of the sea, with direct access to two beaches, one of them almost private.
