This is a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath guesthouse, centrally located in the beautiful Annapolis Valley. Greenwood Air Force Base is 15 minutes away. Wolfville and its vineyards are 30 minutes away. At the other end of the Valley is Annapolis Royal, the first European settlement in North America. Peggy's Cove, Lunenburg, Digby, and Yarmouth are an easy drive. Please note: we are semi-rural, with a restaurant and convenience store close by. Groceries and a liquor store are in Berwick, 10 km to the east.

Welcome to our newly renovated timber frame guesthouse with all the comforts: air con, high speed internet and ocean views from all floors. There is one bathroom with shower. Full service, well stocked certified kitchen. Washer and dryer. Back deck with BBQ, outdoor shower, and hose. Access to forest trails. Located on local cycling route: the Aspotogan Coastal Route (bike available). By car: 10 minutes to large sandy beaches. 45 minutes to Halifax. 10 minutes to Hubbards and amenities.

Sea Shore Bunkie is a cozy space with stunning water views and many amenities! The Bunkie is a delightful space for sleeping and relaxing with its own deck. Kitchenette and bathroom are separate space, off the main house with its own entrance and private. Not suitable/ mobility issues Peddle into the cove for a closer look at nature. Star gaze and sit by the campfire at night. Hike Gaff Point or walk the oceans shores of over ten beaches on the South Shore!
