The Apartment has a parking space to the rear, which is a highly sought after commodity in the busy season. The apartment suits couples and small families and enjoys views across the town and out to sea, taking in sunset.

The Nook Cosy flat to sea, town and amenities

The Nook is situated on one of the main roads into Newquay. It is to the side of our home, has its own entrance with key safe and is completely self contained which makes it ideal for social distancing. There is private off road parking just outside in front of the flat. It's approx a 20 minute level walk into Newquay town or alternatively there is a bus stop at the bottom of our drive. The closest beach, Porth Beach, is a 5 minute walk away with all the other Newquay Beaches nearby.

Garden chalet, self-contained, one person.

Bijou bolt hole with a sunny south aspect, in family garden, which is ideal for the lone traveller, as it only suitable for one person. Work space ready, if guest is travelling for work reasons. WiFi accessible. No TV. Separate, side gate access. Parking on driveway or on road immediately outside side gate. Close to Porth Beach and Chester Road shopping precinct. There is no carbon monoxide alarm, as no gas connection. There are however, the necessary fire alarms and extinguishers.

Jam First is a large modern 1 bedroom apartment, 10 mins walk from Lusty Glaze, Porth & Tolcarne beaches & 15 mins walk from Newquay Town Centre. We offer the choice of a 6ft super king or 2 single beds. There is a large open plan living space with all home comforts, a private decked area, a large wet room, wide doors & level access throughout, making our apartment suitable for all guests. We offer off road parking directly outside the apartment. Access is by keybox.

Self-contained chalet (close to Fistral Beach)

The Chalet is under a 10 minute walk to Fistral Beach & a 5 minute walk to Newquay town centre! It is situated at the end of our home garden with separate access through the side gate then down steps to a private patio/garden area for yourself to use. There is easy access parking (1 car) in our spacious driveway. You may see us and our dog in the garden at some point, so feel free to say hi! Always happy to give activity recommendations around Newquay and Cornwall.

You have your own private entrance, which is where you will find the key safe. There are sliding doors to a private outside space, which has cosy chairs and a BBQ.
