Chaumont Bay, one of the world’s largest freshwater bay, is a sought-after destination known for ice fishing & winter sports. Utilize our 2-car garage to store your winter gear out of the elements. After a long day of ice fishing or snowmobiling, arrive home to warm up by the gas fireplace. Room to sleep 6-10. 3 bedrooms, 2 futons, & 2 sleeper sofas.

The Boathouse

The views are surreal! With over a 200 degree view, sitting on the couch seems like sitting over the top of the water. Located on a small protected bay, also home to two yacht clubs, you'll see boaters of all kinds. The fishing is fabulous right from the dock. Located on a quiet private road, you'll be walking distance a from restaurants, an ice cream shop, shopping, banking, the local library, and even a small winery! There is deep water dockage if you plan to bring a boat.

WiFi access, outdoor grill with outdoor dining and seating area all under a 16x24 pavilion. This property offers incredible views, fish jumping and canoe and kayak access. End your incredible day fishing off the dock with s’mores at the fire pit. Hunters and fishermen welcome. Plenty of parking so bring your motorized toys! See you soon!

Wonderfully located facing Portsmouth Olympic Harbour and Aberdeen Park in Portsmouth Village, now part of central Kingston. Lots of windows, great views, wood floors, antique furniture. Tea, coffee and a fully equipped kitchen. Covered parking. The park has picnic benches and BBQs. Walking distance to Ontario's oldest pub and five restaurants and eateries. There is a waterfront pathway of 8 kilometers/5 miles only 2 blocks away. One half block from 2 different bus stops.

The Henderson House

Welcome to our house. We offer 2 bedrooms both with queen size beds. The property is located within 5 miles of two marinas, along with The Elms Golf Club and is located on Lindsey Creek, that has access to North and South Sandy Pond, as well as Lake Ontario via canoe or kayak. Amenities include: washer, dryer , fully equipped kitchen, bedding, towels, wood . A great multi season property. We offer a one canoe for use. We also have wi fi and tv.

Welcome to The Crows Nest, our cozy waterfront cottage with your own private swimming dock (5 mins to Kingston!). Here you’ll find the simplicity of river life. It’s a real birders paradise and a great place for spotting wildlife like deer. Tiny Hideaway - Cozy Waterfront Escape

The tiny hideaway is an adorable tiny camp (might have to duck if you are over 5feet 11 in doorway and bathroom) on Chaumont bay. Year round camp. It’s great for a small family or a get away for a couple. Great private water front to enjoy with a dock. Bring drinking water as it’s on a shore well and is not drinkable. ICE FISHERMAN: I do not suggest accessing the ice in-front of the camp. Most guest access at long pt 1.5 down the road.
