Beautifully restored 400-year-old cottage, smallest house in Lymington, an ideal cosy retreat for couples complete with a peaceful private garden. Close to the historic coastal town of Lymington and railway station, an ancient seaport with a rich maritime history plus interesting architecture much of which is Georgian and Victorian. Cosy living space, wifi, smart TV, kitchen and bathroom with large shower, bedroom with king size bed. It also includes a lockable undercover storage for two bikes.

Interior designed self-contained studio with bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom and private garden. Please note there is no parking at the property. Lymington Town train station is a four minute walk. There are several nearby car parks and overnight street parking. Lymington has a thriving Saturday market and high street. The quay, marinas and IOW ferry terminal are all a short walk away and the new forest is very close. Please note the host has a dog who may sometimes be in the shared garden.

This newly refurbished, modern duplex apartment with allocated parking is set within a pretty communal gated courtyard. The open plan living space has a modern fully equipped kitchen and dining/living area. The kitchen has an induction hob, fan oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. We hope you will enjoy staying in our guest suite. We want to make sure that you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay in the delightful town of Lymington, situated between the New Forest and the sea. There is so much to see and do in the local area - whether walks in the New Forest, visiting towns and villages such as Beaulieu and Brockenhurst or enjoying the sea and coastline. The Isle of Wight can be accessed from Lymington Ferry Terminal and makes a great day trip.

With it's own separate entrance, our annexed accommodation offers a spacious 1st floor Studio Flat adjacent to our home and close to local amenities. Off road parking and bike storage available. A welcome pack consisting of bread, butter, jams, cereals, yoghurts, milk, and fruit etc. is provided for your arrival, together with tea and coffee making facilities.

Have fun with the whole family at this cosy barn with hot tub.This cozy property features 2 inviting bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with a sofa bed) and 1 modern bathroom.
