Newly remodeled relaxing get-a-away that sits just a block away from The Greenbrier River, with less than a minute walk to river access! We are located within the Snowshoe Highlands International Mountain Bicycling Association (IMBA) Ride Center and Monongahela National Forest, & are now featuring the 27-mile Monday Lick Trail System of single-track bike optimized trails that connect directly to downtown Marlinton. This is a Private Guesthouse, "The Cottage at Oakwood." Two(2) bedrooms: 1. Main Bedroom: queen-size mattress new Memory Foam 2. Living room: queen-size sofa/ hideaway bed. NO SMOKING!!$100 CLEANING FEE The cottage is on the left side of the Manor House. ***We gladly accept pets. We request a FEE OF $10/ NIGHT FOR EACH PET. Airbnb does have a place for adding this nominal fee. Just leave it on the TV Desk. Please put your pet in a crate when leaving the cottage. No pets on the furniture.

Small 450 sq ft, cottage has a queen size bed in the primary bedroom, bunk beds in the second bedroom and a full size futon in living room. Kitchenette equipped with modern appliances and breakfast table. Bathroom and shower. Wi-Fi. Private porch. Pets are welcome for an additional fee. Hike, canoe, fish and bike onsite on a 129 acres. Close by wineries, 15 min to Shenandoah National Park. This cabin is ideal for families!

Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and a loop driveway if you’re towing boats. 2 queen and 2 twin beds. Fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room with smart TV and fireplace, 400Mbps WiFi. Separate sunroom for gaming or teleworking. Well behaved owners with dogs welcome.
