Grand Rivers is located on Land Between the Lakes. Kentucky and/ or Barkley Lakes are great for fishing and recreation. There are hunting areas nearby as well. Grand Rivers is the home of the famous Patti’s restaurant. Uptown has unique shops and the Bagett theater for family entertainment all within walking distance. We have a huge yard with a fire pit to relax by, corn hole and hillbilly golf already set up. Plenty of room to park your boat.Grand Rivers has something for everyone.

Lakefront home with private 2 slip dock

This private vacation home on Lake Barkley have beautiful views of the lake and has lots of wildlife viewing opportunities. This property also includes use of a 2 slip private dock at the end of the Rockcastle bay. This beautiful home is located on 10 acres and is on a private drive. The dock is only 150 yards from the back door! ATTENTION!! The dock is only accessible from the water during the summer pool levels. Summer pool is usually April until Early August but dates vary.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Minutes from Eddy Creek Marina, bring your boat and launch it from there or just rent a transient slip for the weekend. Minutes from Venture River Water park. Just a short drive away from Kentucky Lake Attractions World famous Patty's Restraunt ( make your reservations early). Or just relax on the back deck, grilling and overlooking beautiful Barkley Lake. With extra shared yard space we can accommodate for boat parking and plug in access for any fisherman. Please notify us ahead of time so we can make sure space is available. This unit is the bottom right unit of a 4plex.
