This charming villa, situated in the heart of Wainui, is full of character. With panoramic views overlooking Akaroa Harbour and the surrounding hills, this is a superb spot to relax and unwind. Come and enjoy the unique environment any time of year. This spacious family home has 4 (+1) bedrooms, a kitchen/living room with a large log burner, and another living/dining room with an open fire, both opening onto the veranda. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space at the end of a private laneway. Accessed by external steps, the house is split into two pods connected by an external deck. Lofty ceilings and timber walls create a warm bach-like interior with large ceiling fans in each room and a log burner fire. Glass sliders open out to dramatic views of the harbour and hills. Enjoy a drink or BBQ on the large deck or unwind with a hot outdoor bath. Just a 5-minute walk from the local supermarket and brew bar.

Unwind and relax amongst stunning native bush

Let your feet hang over the veranda and get lost in the wonderful sound of the flowing stream, wrapped in 101ha of protected native flora and fauna. Cosy-up with a book beside the fireplace within this serene cabin or gaze far into the Milky Way, void of any light pollution from the city you've left behind. Then wake up to native birdsong in full symphony with an optional delicious homestyle vegetarian breakfast. It's a secluded place where time disappears, yet right on ChCh's doorstep!

This stand alone cottage which is centrally located in Rolleston, is an ideal place to stopover between the bottom and top of the South Island or a couple wanting to see the sights of Selwyn. The cottage has a self contained kitchenette, separate bathroom, shower, toilet, wood burner, heater, heated towel rail. This cabin (12 square meters in size) is suspended in the trees, offers the best proximity to beach views, an outdoor bath, barbecue, and a romantic outdoor dining area. It also features an authentic wood burner, ensuring warmth and coziness during chilly nights, while the comfortable double bed provides a restful night's sleep.

Vizcaya is a fully renovated 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom waterfront holiday home, fully fenced facing north west with superb views to Lyttelton Harbour, Quail Island, Governors, Cass and Corsair Bays. Close to Orton Bradley Park, Charteris Bay Golf Club, tennis courts, Church Bay & Diamond Harbour restaurants/bars, a supermarket and only 30 minutes from Christchurch. With drive on and additional road side parking, guests also enjoy 2 kayaks and a public boat ramp 75m away.
