Experience the unique outdoor rainfall shower, explore the lake with provided kayaks, hike a private trail to a water cascade & finish the day unwinding under the stars while having a lakeside bonfire! Come and enjoy beautiful sunsets at our completely renovated 2 bedroom cottage located in Port Hood, N.S. The perfect setting for a quiet & relaxing getaway with family or friends. Dive deep into a book, or enjoy a hot coffee on the covered porch all while completing your crossword puzzle or just sit back and indulge in conversation as the sun sets over the ocean. This well equipped cottage is situated only minutes from sandy beaches and hiking trails and is the perfect start to your vacation.

MacLeod Cove: secluded cottage with private shore

MacLeod Cove is a 3-bedroom cottage on the Bras d'Or, Cape Breton's beautiful inland sea. Enjoy ocean views and private cove, within 25 minutes drive of Baddeck, North Sydney (Newfoundland ferry terminal), and the Cabot Trail. Smoking and fires of any kind are not permitted anywhere on the property. The cottage is very private, surrounded by forest and sea. It typically has good cell phone coverage and we have wifi. Driftwood Cottage, Gateway to the Cabot Trail.

The Cottage is fully equipped with everything you will need. Two bedrooms, one bathroom, pull out couch, washer, dryer, SmartTV, wifi, kitchen with a fridge, stove/oven, microwave, coffer maker and a BBQ. A beautiful view of Ann's Bay. Beach access at the Community Hall minutes up the street. Just a minute away from the Englishtown Ferry to the Cabot Trail. In the middle of it all 20 mins to Baddeck, 25 mins to North Sydney and 40 mins to Ingonish and Cape Breton Highlands National park.

Le p'tit blanc -- on the Cabot Trail

Located on the awe-inspiring Cabot Trail, Le P'tit Blanc sits on a quaint hill minutes from the entrance of the National Park. Surrounded by peaceful meadows and panoramic views of the highlands, guests are able to retreat and relax while being a short drive from the bars and restaurants of Chéticamp. Only 5 minutes to the beach! There's a General Store that carries everything from groceries to camping supplies (and much more) open late -- only a hop, skip and a jump away from the house.

Sable Point (Priv. HotTub/Out.Shower/Free Kayaks)

Discover what Sable Point Cottage has to offer: a timeless experience in nature that combines comfort & minimalism within one location. The simple, yet upscale layout, is comforting on the eyes & mind. Its adventurous setting, fitted with its unparalleled views, will conjure up excitement when you arrive. A boulder-studded wall rises up towards a stone walkway, which is fitted with an integrated fire pit. The outdoor hot tub & seasonal outdoor shower are located next to the cottage deck.

Woodsy Cabin on the Bras d'Or

Beautiful, rustic cabin sits cozily surrounded by woodlands. This one room retreat boasts a south west vista of the Bras d'Or Lake, includes a veranda with gorgeous sunsets, king size bed and access to the beach. It is half way between Baddeck and Sydney and a perfect spot for anyone travelling the Cabot Trail. Firewood provided for fire pit if the burn ban is not in effect. Kayaks are available to use at your own risk, with life jackets, and if you are experienced in paddling.
