Studio guest suite with queen bed and kitchenette in beautiful Miramar neighborhood, just 5 minutes from historic San Marco. Close to restaurants, grocery, MD Anderson Cancer Center and Wolfson Children's Hospital. Owners live in main house on site but suite has its own private entrance and parking. You will have access to an outdoor dining space and fenced in backyard. Dogs live on premises but will not interfere, although you may hear barking. Sofa bed available if needed, please inquire.

You can play some games or puzzles if you want to stay inside or Crochet on the front lawn to enjoy some fresh air & sunshine. We are 2.5 Miles from the WW Ranch Motorcross park. We don't have anything new but I can assure you it will be clean. Sorry we are not suited for children or pets, 2 guests Max. and check-in must be before 9PM.

Newly renovated, this studio suite features a comfortable queen-sized bed, a kitchen with a retro refrigerator, flat-screen TV and a bathroom with all the essentials.

This is a full size one bedroom house with full brand new kitchen and private entrance. The entire place was renovated late 2021. A king size bed (inc tv) awaits you and a twin sized sofa bed for one adult or two kids. The kitchen has a full sized brand new oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and fridge and is stocked with utensils etc so you can easily make full meals or stay for an extended time. There's one free off-street parking spot available and plentiful free street parking.

Enjoy the privacy of this recently renovated unit which includes a queen-sized bed, and a small living room with a sleeper sofa, so the place can comfortably accommodate up to three. Please note that we have an exterior security camera on the front to enhance your safety. Conveniently situated 1 mile off Highway 295.

Hosts live on-site, in the main house beside the barn. Located on a small pecan orchard, our barn was built to be a place of rest and creativity for our family and friends. One of our favorite things about where we live is being able to enjoy the open space of the country while being close to the vibrant city of Jacksonville and the beautiful beaches.
