Experience country life, just a short walk or drive from town. Please note: This is a working farm with a main house. While you’ll have privacy, we may be around the property from time to time. You’ll likely meet our two border collies, Cooper and CJ. We respect your space, but you may see us occasionally.

De Lerderderg Chalet of Blackwood

De Lerderderg is a hand crafted mud brick chalet located in the old gold rush town of Blackwood. With an open plan layout , a mezzanine , and three bedrooms , it’s perfect for for singles, couples , families and groups . The property also offers guests a sauna , a spa , and wonderful yard and gardens. Nestled between the Lerderderg State Park and the Wombat State Forest , the property has a wonderful bush aspect and is frequented by many gorgeous bird species as well as kangaroos and wombats.

The country cottage

This small rustic country cottage is nestled amongst 2 acres of beautiful tall gum trees in a private bush setting but still close to Edgecombe road and only 2km from the town centre. The property is home to lots of native wildlife such as birds, rabbits, hares and kangaroos. You will find yourself central to many local attractions such as the kyneton golf course, Trentham falls and a host of great pubs restaurants. Historic Piper st is a great walk to explore all kinds of interesting shops

Misty Views Spa Retreat

Relax on 20 acres of trees and granite boulders, enjoy the wildlife that inhabit our space, go for long walks along the local streams. Your retreat is separate from the main house. Watch the sunrise and enjoy the mists as they form in the local valley. 50 minutes north of Tullamarine airport with both the Macedon Ranges and Heathcote wineries close by. Queen size bed, modern furnishings, a functional kitchen, BBQ facilities and good wifi will ensure a comfortable stay at any time of the year.
