Πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα (φούρνος μικροκυμάτων, καφετιέρα espresso, πλυντήριο πιάτων κλπ), άνετο σαλόνι, επιπλα εξωτερικού χώρου, BBQ, παιδική χαρά, κήπος, πάρκινγκ, κλιματισμός, wifi. Βρίσκεται 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια απο την παραλία, 10 λεπτά απο το χωριό Κρυοπηγη και 80Km απο το αεροδρόμιο της Θεσσαλονίκης.
