This unique place has a style all its own with a great view of blue & green in the center of Kayalar village, located 5 min drive to spectacular Aegean beaches and restaurants, 15 min drive to Küçükkuyu and Assos. Ground floor offers living room, kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom with two beds. You can also enjoy the fireplace. First floor offers the master bedroom with a full view balcony and a private bathroom. Kitchen offers all the necessary equipments. Entire villa has floor heating system.

Αναπαλαιώσαμε μία οικογενειακή οικία του 1955 και συζεύξαμε το τοπικό, παραδοσιακό στοιχείο με το μοντέρνο τρόπο ζωής. Ayvacık Sazlı köyünde olan, taş evimizin restorasyonu 8 yıl önce tamamlandı. Yeni dekore ettiğimiz evimizin, üst katını misafirlerimize açtık, alt katta eşim ve ben yasiyoruz. 6 kişinin rahatlıkla konaklayabileceği, Midilli adaları, full dağ ve deniz manzarası ile köyümüzün güzelliklerini yaşayın. Büyük bahçesi ve doğanın tüm sesleri ve renkleri size eşlik edecek. Assos liman, tarihi Behramkale'ye yalnızca bir kaç km uzaklıktadır. Küçükkuyu´ya aracınız ile 20 dak. ulaşabilirsiniz.

The house in the village was built with love and respect for nature. It is all made of stone and wood, characteristic architecture of the houses of Zagori. The stones used in the construction of this house were all handpicked by the home owners and all the decorative items are family heirlooms up to 5 generations back.
