The Garden Apartment (PSTR Permit #2026-20) is a quiet and relaxing home away from home to enjoy after exploring the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. The Garden Apartment features a large bedroom with queen-sized bed, a den with a large sandstone wood-burning fireplace, full kitchen and bathroom with a shower. The Bronson Barn is located on the grounds behind the home that was originally owned by H.V. Bronson who initially plotted the town of Peninsula. Nestled in the heart of the park, it is walking distance to restaurants, shopping, train depot and bike rental. The national park has hundreds of miles of hiking trails, biking trails, river walks or kayaking, amazing waterfalls, and nature walks to see wildlife. You can also enjoy the ski resort located a few miles away for any winter sports!

Our house is located in the middle of the Cuyahoga Valley National Park which is renowned for cycling and hiking, with countless trails of varying degrees of difficulty. Bicycles can be rented a mere 1/2 mile away. We welcome visitors from all walks of life.
