Welcome to the Dunn Houses on Elm Row, we are 15 mins, from CVG Airport and the Cincinnati/N.Kentucky area. We have the quaintness of a small town, but the ability to keep you busy. You can try your hand at slots, enjoy a concert, dine at one of many restaurants/bar, or enjoy nature with the bike/walking trail or the many parks locally. It’s a duplex house consisting of two Airbnbs in one house, there’s a private staircase upstairs to Airbnb, it has a private balcony, private kitchen and private bath. there is no living room or dinning room. It has offstreet parking and 1 space in the driveway. It has 5G Wi-Fi . It’s a 13 minute drive from downtown,.The grocery store is about seven minutes away and lots of restaurants in the same area, 25 minute drive from the airport. There is a camera in the hallway.

Space is the lower level of our house. We live upstairs. This space is beautiful, clean, spacious. It has its own entrance. Full-size bathroom with shower & jacuzzi tub. Kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, toaster, toaster oven, microwave, Electric skillet, Crockpot. It is one bedroom with a queen size bed. A Portable, full size foam mattress in the living area. Private outside deck with view of woods. private parking spot. Wi-Fi. TV in living area and bedroom.
