This cabin site is tucked into the forest at the base of the Deacon Escarpment with a view of the Bonnechere Valley Hills. It is a 10 min hike to the Escarpment Lookout, and roughly a 25 min hike to your canoe on a small lake. There is a picnic table, firepit, outdoor gazebo bar, seasonal outdoor shower and private outhouse. The cabin comes with a map of 30km of trails for you to hike or snowshoe. No neighbours within 500m in any direction. Possibility of occasional guest cars going past.

2nd floor guest suite located only 5 minutes to downtown Bancroft. This large suite has a queen bed, queen pull out sofa bed, mini fridge with freezer, microwave, smart tv, keurig machine (tea, coffee, sweeteners and milk/cream provided) and spacious bathroom with walk in shower. Please note that a full flight of stairs must be climbed to access this unit once inside the door. Please also note there is no kitchen in this suite, cooking appliances & candles are prohibited due to fire risk.

Come stay in our cottage, on the shores of peaceful, uncrowded Negeek Lake, nestled amoung the towering pines. Our 800 sqft cottage is steps away from the sandy, kid-friendly shore. The lot is flat and is perfect for all ages. Fish right off the dock, relax in a chair, swim in the water or even visit the surrounding area. Negeek Lake gives you access to 90km of navigable water. Quaint and cozy 1 bedroom cottage tucked along the southeastern shore of a small, quiet lake. Recently renovated, the cottage is the perfect romantic getaway. It's located 1 km from snowmobile/ATV trails, 15 minutes from Bancroft and 45 minutes from Algonquin Park. The cottage includes a floating dock with swim ladder, bbq, woodburning outdoor firepit, canoe, kayaks, woodburning indoor fireplace, smart tv with starlink satellite.

The Guest House

Our guest house is a cozy log cabin with three floors. It is the original homesteader cabin to our property, revived and restored with care. Nestled in the Bonnechere region of Renfrew County, this magical place of solitude offers nature right outside your door. Local paintings by Ottawa Valley landscape artist Angela St. Jean displayed throughout the cabin feature lakes, rivers, and natural places and spaces that surround us.
