We disinfect spaces with UVC lamp & hospital-grade cleaning products as part of our deep cleaning & disinfection protocols, often closing between guests. Distance check-in. Private entrance guest suite in a rural setting!

This is a private guest suite, attached to our home, with its own private entrance. There is no common area to the main home. It features a queen bed in a separate nook, a living area with a pull out sofa bed, and private bathroom with shower. Included is a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee nook. The total room size is approximately 320 sq ft. Please note guests are required to climb 19 steps from driveway to our guest suite. Please consider your own abilities when booking.

Walking distance to downtown Durham, the Oyster River, and Great Bay, with many hiking trails a short drive away. Take a walk to Tideline Public House (food truck park). This efficient space is for 1-2 people, with one queen bed available.
