This is a free-standing home built specifically as a vacation rental cottage in early 2020. It is a quiet, comfortable space in a rural setting with a private patio and views of the Sierra foothills. It is a perfect spot for a family or couple wanting to visit the National Parks nearby (80 min. to Yosemite, 120+ to Sequoia and Kings Canyon). My College Home, is my guest house, in old Fig Garden, located in a peaceful garden like setting on a great property. I have updated it in 2024 and put in a new Air Conditioning/ heating unit. Easy access to Highway 41 with a 90 minute drive to the Yosemite Gate. For dining and entertainment we are near the Tower District and Fig Garden Village. It is a one bedroom non-smoking detached home which shares the backyard with the main house and our 2 labs. Pets will be considered for x-tra fees.

My place is located in a lively part of Mariposa and is close to nightlife with pubs near to home, restaurants, grocery store , novelty stores, public transportation, the town center, parks, gym,community pool and history center. You’ll love my clean cozy home because of the comfy bed and and just being steps from restaurants, shops and pubs. You will love the ability to park and wander the historic downtown on foot or to catch the Yarts bus into Yosemite! My place is great for a couple.
