This solid brick ranch has everything you need to have a great stay while visiting with family, taking in a concert at Ruoff, or visiting the close by Uranus fudge factory! Located in a quiet neighborhood (we have a pre-school in our neighborhood, so no parties or speed racers!) Close to I-69 & central to so many small cities as well as fishers and Indianapolis. Mounds State Park is just a few miles away and amenities are very close. We can't wait for you to visit Anderson!

Located 10 minutes off I-69, and 20 minutes North of Indianapolis. Harrah’s casino is 15 minutes North on I-69. Studio has shower/bath, 1 queen bed, a full size futon, queen size blowup mattress and kitchen.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. If you're here for business, you are close to downtown, Hospitals, University and many Businesses. You are also within 20 mins or so from Muncie Indiana, home of Ball State University and if you head south the other way, you are 30 mins to Indianapolis.
