The Tenant House has a rich history on Main Street in downtown Richmond. Guests have access to all shared spaces I will be available 24/7 for contact via text, call, email, or in person. Information about the surrounding area and the unit will be provided. Walk to the latest downtown venues and jog round nearby parks from this location, directly across from the Richmond Visitors Center. Eastern Kentucky University is also convenient for here, while many places to eat and drink are on the doorstep.

This stable suite, featured in the hit series 50 States in 50 Days, is 1 of 5 suites attached to our barn, and very unique. A bedroom window looks directly into our goat’s stall! The private barn suite features a bedroom, full kitchen and bathroom. There is a private entry and free parking. The suite comfortable sleeps 2 adults. Breakfast and a glass of Bourbon included. Several grocery stores are close; 10 minute drive from restaurants and entertainment. The new Richmond Sports Complex and Lexington Sporting Club Youth Complex are an easy, short drive away. This charming house is great for a couple, two couples, or a family visiting the area! Guests breaking house rules will be vacated.

Forest Street Cottage

Cozy, clean, 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage with a bohemian vibe featuring artwork and eclectic decor throughout the home. Berea College, Boone Tavern, galleries, shops and dining options nearby. The two bedrooms on the first level have comfortable queen size beds and a full bath with shower. The upstairs space is open with 2 full size beds divided by wall partitions. There is a bathroom with a small tub on the upper level. A deck out back. Basic TV stations and high-speed internet.

The Artist's Tranquil Nest & Studio

Nestled near Central Kentucky Wildlife Reserve, The Nest offers an entire upper floor for one price with two private rooms: Chickadee’s Nest (queen) & Sparrow's Nest (king and trundle), a Gathering room with a sleeper sofa, Paris Coffee Room, bird bath (bathroom), bird perch (deck), wifi, monitor/cable in each room. Art classes are offered upon request by children's book author/illustrator, Lori McKeel, for an additional fee. Separate entrance and plenty of privacy and parking.

The Nelson House-Walk to EKU

This fantastic 2 bedroom apartment is located less than a minute walk to Eastern Kentucky University. This completely renovated apartment puts you within walking distance to campus as well as downtown. Granite countertop kitchen, complimentary coffee and snacks, and beautifully tiled bathroom. The bedrooms are located upstairs. We look forward to hosting you soon. Given that it is located downtown we provide noise machines and complementary earplugs for any street noise.
