Several grocery stores are close; 10 minute drive from restaurants and entertainment. The new Richmond Sports Complex and Lexington Sporting Club Youth Complex are an easy, short drive away. This charming house is great for a couple, two couples, or a family visiting the area! Guests breaking house rules will be vacated.

Additional 2.1 miles will get you into Berea, (Arts & Crafts Capital of Ky.) or 1.1 miles the other way to Indian Fort Mountain. Plenty "to do" or "not".

Stay in this newly renovated, freshly furnished 3 spacious bedroom 3.5 bathroom home in the heart of Richmond, KY. This home has many luxury features like a sunroom, granite countertops, and is walking distance to Eastern Kentucky University’s Campus. High on Berea

High On Berea is a lovely home that was built in 1938. The home sleeps 4 people. The space includes a kitchen, dining room, bathroom, living room and 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a double bed. Living quarters are on one level with 4 stairs leading into the house and 2 stairs at the curb of house. Parking is available in driveway to the left of the home and in the back yard. City ordnance does not allow parking in front of the house.

Beautiful Craftsman style Bungalow in the heart of Berea. This two bedroom, two bath cottage has off street parking and is a short walk to Artisan Village/Old Town, galleries, shoppes, and cafes.
