Welcome to the most luxurious home in the Valley. We designed, built and equipped this home for the most comfortable rental experience possible. From Boll & Branch Sheets to a DeLonghi espresso machine, we have cut no corners and thought of everything. Our goal when we built and designed this house was to create a cozy & upscale spot to escape to in North Conway. With Echo lake only a 5 minute walk & multiple ski mountains only minutes away, our villa is the perfect jumping point for any season!

The LV Chalet is located less than 30min to popular North Conway, N.H./15 min to Historic Fryeburg, Maine. The Chalet is ideal for couples, friends & families to relax! In the Summer, enjoy beach access to Lower Kimball Lake, nearby Saco River and year round hiking trails. In the winter, the Chalet is situated between ski mountains: Cranmore Mountain & Pleasant Mountain. There’s also close access to Snowmobile trails. Feel right at home in our open-concept year-round vacation gem within the Chocorua Ski and Beach community half a mile from the Moore’s pond. The cabin is nestled in the woods providing privacy. It boosts a double-sided fire-place and hot tub perfect for the cooler nights, a wraparound deck, as well as an enclosed porch. Walk to vibrant Main Street, Pondicherry Park, the Magic Lantern Theater, Highland Lake and all the downtown shops, gallerias and restaurants...or simply relax in the peace and quiet of our newly restored, historic warehouse.
