Villino Capoliveri - Appartamento

Our comfortable and nice apartment is near Capoliveri, at the ground floor of a small building, with independent entrance. The center of the picturesque town deserves to be visited as well as the beaches of the area of Capoliveri, all to discover: the closest to the property are Naregno, Calanova and Straccoligno at about 3 kilometers but we recommend you also see Madonna delle Grazie, Barabarca, Zuccale and Innamorata, just to name a few, which are just a few minutes by car or bike.

Lo Scoglio is an elegant self-contained and newly built 50 m2 outhouse of a villa, set in a peaceful scenery. Outside there’s a wide fenced garden with great views and a porch for dining and relaxing. The flat comes with a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with a shower cubicle and a living room with a sofa bed for a child and a kitchenette.
