Apartamentos de Vanya en pleno Centro de Madrid...

Nuestro cálido y acogedor apartamento en pleno centro de Madrid. Con calefacción y aire acondicionado, por supuesto. Cedemos nuestro apartamento de forma ocasional cuando salimos de viaje y es perfecto para pasar unos días en pareja, con amigos o en familia y disfrutar de los alrededores. Es un apartamento privado que tiene ascensor, calefacción y aire acondicionado en todo el apartamento. El apartamento está perfectamente equipado. Estaréis como EN CASA. El apartamento cuenta con: dormitorio principal con cama de matrimonio (140x200) y balcón a la calle (con ventanas que aíslan bastante bien el sonido del exterior, aunque los sábados por la noche puede ser algo ruidoso y por eso os dejamos tapones para los oídos por si acaso los necesitáis). Dispone de armario completo y perchas, dos mesitas de noche, lámparas y cargadores USB para que no te falte nada. Baño privado con amplia ducha con columna de hidromasaje. Hay jabones con diferentes olores, champús para diferentes necesidades, pasta de dientes, desodorante y todo lo necesario. Salón comedor bastante amplio con balcón a la calle. Hay mesa de comedor perfecta para comer o para trabajar, y cuatro sillas. Sofá con chaise longue que se convierte en cama de matrimonio grande. Televisión de 40" con Netflix. Wifi de alta velocidad. Cocina americana con todo lo necesario para cocinar. Dispone de hervidor eléctrico (con infusiones que os dejaremos a vuestra disposición), tostadora, cafetera Nespresso (y cápsulas de café que os proporcionamos también nosotros como detalle), microondas, horno, frigorífico con congelador, vitrocerámica y lavavajillas. Hay menaje y también tenemos lavadora y tendedero interior plegable. Os dejaré ropa de cama, toallas de baño, mantas adicionales para el invierno (para disfrutar de una película en el sofá). ⚠ IMPORTANTE: El apartamento tiene dos balcones que dan a la calle, las ventanas aíslan bastante bien el ruido y hay aire acondicionado para que puedas dormir con las ventanas cerradas. Aún así, cabe la posibilidad de que los sábados por la noche el ruido de la calle sea algo más molesto que el resto de días. Como queremos asegurarnos de que descansas bien, te dejaremos tapones para los oídos en la mesita de noche. Utilízalos si los necesitas. No guardamos equipaje, sin embargo, justo delante del apartamento hay un locker donde podéis dejarlo. Nuestro encantador apartamento te brinda la oportunidad de sumergirte en la auténtica vida madrileña y disfrutar de la cultura, la gastronomía y el arte de Malasaña. Nuestro apartamento cuenta con un ambiente cálido y acogedor que te hará sentir como en casa desde el momento en que entres. Decorado con amor y cuidando cada detalle, es el refugio perfecto después de explorar la ciudad. Relájate en el salón, donde podrás descansar en el sofá después de un día de paseo y disfrutar de una buena película en Netflix. La cocina completamente equipada te permite preparar tus comidas favoritas con ingredientes locales frescos que puedes encontrar en los mercados cercanos. La habitación principal es un remanso de paz, con una cómoda cama y una decoración sencilla que invita al descanso. Las ventanas aíslan el sonido del exterior pero si además necesitas un extra de tranquilidad, siempre os dejamos unos tapones en las mesitas del dormitorio. Aseguramos noches de sueño reparador para que estéis listos para vuestras aventuras diarias. Hay Wi-Fi de alta velocidad, cargador movil, ropa de cama, toallas, todo lo necesario para el baño (champú, jabón, pasta de dientes, papel higiénico, desodorante), lo necesario para que tu solo pienses en aprovechar al máximo tu descanso. ⚠ La utilización de ropa de cama extra o sofá cama debe ser indicado con anterioridad y conllevará un pequeño cargo extra.

This chic and newly renovated design apartment has 2 bedrooms (1 x king bed 180x200, 1 queen bed 160x200) and 2 full bathrooms. It also has a BONUS 3rd convertible bedroom/sitting room/office (with full sized convertible sofa bed 90 x 200), a large living room and dining room area, with a brand new and fully equipped kitchen. As we are chefs, we have provided everything you could need for cooking a full meal in the apartment. Central AC / Heating, Sound Insulated Windows (facing Pedestrian street), High Speed Wifi 300Mbps, Smart Flat Screen TVs (55” inch, 32”inch, 43”inch) to use your Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, Amazon Prime, Full Kitchen, oven, Washer / Dryer Combination Unit, Clothes line, iron, ironing board, Powerful Hair Dryer, Plenty of Hangers, Fresh Linens, 1 towel set per registered guest (bath towel, hand towel), Rituals shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, High chair, bottle warmer(advance request), baby monitor (advance request), baby travel cot (advance request), safety deposit box, Early Check-in (2h before), Late Night Check-in, Late check out subject to availability, fees. 1st floor with Elevator, door code for apartment door. This apartment is set up for self check in. You will receive a door key code 24 hours before check in time which will be valid from your check in date 3pm until check out time on your departure date. Check in at 3pm, check out before 11am. Early check in / late check out may be available for a fee, please check with your host if you have special requirements. We will do our best to accommodate you. Set up / turn down for the bonus bedroom/sitting room (90cm x 200 bed) is upon 24 hour ADVANCE request provided that you have paid for the additional guest. We will only do this if you request, otherwise, the additional bedding, towels, etc will be placed in the room for you to set up when you require. Baby chair (1 provided FREE of charge). Bottle warmer, baby monitor available free of charge upon request. As much as we like a good party, parties are not allowed. There is a security system in place for the house with two cameras (one in living room, one in entrance hall). These cameras are only activated when alarm is armed. There is a privacy shield which you can utilize to cover the camera for your comfort. We will do this prior to check in.

IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. It also has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, hair dryer, heating and air conditioning. Other features you should consider: -The location is unbeatable.
