Ban Dalah Spa, Retreat and Detox centre is a meditative environment set within a Zen garden. It is an immersive, safe and tranquil space for yoga, aloneness, contemplation, reflection, restoration or recovery. We are near Pai town, within a rich, diverse rural setting, surrounded by mountains, streams, and the green serenity of rice fields. Everything is made from local materials like earth, garlic straw and 80 year old teak wood.
