We're ideally situated between Truro and Falmouth where there are a huge range of shops and restaurants. There are two local pubs and many countryside walks on your doorstep.

Kick back, relax and enjoy the unique location of the Oyster Shepherds Hut. Hidden away in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, close to the Helford River and creekside village of Gweek. This sustainably built traditional shepherds hut will awaken your senses as you gaze through the porthole window from your bed at the rising sun. Explore the rugid shores made famous by Game of Thrones and Poldark, or simply dine al fresco beneath the starry skies before cosying up in front of the log fire.

This stunning one-bedroom annexe is ideally located between Falmouth's two best beaches: Gyllyngvase Beach, just a 5-minute walk and Swanpool Beach, a 10-minute stroll. The vibrant town centre is also a 10-minute walk. Inside, you'll find beautiful beamed ceilings adding character to this idyllic retreat. Penmarestee Cottage is a beautifully presented annexe situated on the outskirts of the picturesque Cornish harbour town of Falmouth. The accommodation offers an ideal hub from which to explore Falmouth and the surrounding areas, having your car with you would be helpful for your travelling, there is the use of a private driveway, or a bus stop is nearby. If your not driving you would be within 35 minutes easy walk of Falmouth town centre, as well as several local beaches and coastal walks.

The Dinghy - A traditional Fishermans cottage, it is one of the oldest properties, nestled into the coastal village of Coverack. It been in our family for around 200 years. It provides a modern, quirky interior with traditional beams, note ceiling height is around 6’, there is a enclosed south facing sunny terrace looking out to sea. Situated just a stones throw from the crystal clear waters of Coverack beach, which is safe for swimming and direct access onto the South West Coastal Path.

Breathtaking views St Agnes

Kick back, relax and enjoy one of the most stunning Cornish sea views towards St Ives and Godrevy lighthouse from the living area. Tranquil in the summer and excellent for storm watching in the winter. Plus from the front there are views up towards St Agnes beacon. Stylish modern annex with private access and entire use of the space. The space itself has one bedroom with a king size bed, cosy seating/eating area, bathroom with bath and shower. There is plenty of parking space to the front.

Tucked away in a tranquil corner of the Owners' grounds, Hope’s Cabin, a stunning retreat to return to at the end of a day exploring the Lizard peninsula in Cornwall. Soak away aches in the gorgeous copper bath or relax in front of the log burner. Enjoy ‘al fresco’ dining on the deck or wrap up in a rug when the temperature drops. Sun lovers will appreciate sunshine for most of the day. Well equipped kitchen cleverly chosen to maximise space. King size bed, inside loo & outside shower.
