Canales de TV internacionales, infantiles, series de la plataforma Movistar. Excelente apartamento en una de la mejores zonas de Sevilla en el popular barrio de Triana. podréis visitar a pie todos los monumentos históricos, como la Catedral, los Reales Alcázares, o la Plaza de España.El apartamento consta de 3 dormitorios, salón/ comedor, cocina y 2 cuartos de baño.El salón es acogedor y moderno, hay un sofá cómodo donde se puede ver la TV o simplemente es un lugar para relajarse. Tiene mucha luz natural al tener dos grandes balcones. La cocina está completamente equipada para que puedan preparar comidas, dispone de vitrocerámica, microondas, horno, lavadora, lavavajillas. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama de matrimonio cómoda y amplia. La habitación tiene suficientes armarios para colocar todas sus pertenencias. El apartamento de 55 m2 dispone de 4 espacios abiertos, estar, cocina, espacio de trabajo y dormitorio, éste se puede independizar con las puertas móviles si lo desea. El espacio juega con diferentes alturas para ofrecer variados ambientes acogedores, muy iluminado ya que consta de 5 ventanales. Desde el estar se disfruta de las vistas a la plaza peatonal tranquila y arbolada. La casa dispone además de los servicios indicados en el apartado correspondiente, de microondas, cafetera de cápsulas Tassimo, tostadora. El frigorifico con congelador se situa bajo la encimera. El baño dispone además de una duchita perineal junto al inodoro para la limpieza íntima. Estaré a la recepción y a la despedida. Contactar antes de la llegada El barrio se sitúa en torno al Centro Flamenco, lugar de encuentro cultural durante todo el año, y la Iglesia de la Merced. La tranquilidad de la plaza contrasta con la alegría de los restaurantes de las calles Sopranis y Plocia, y del Ayuntamiento. La plaza y las calles del barrio son peatonales pero dispone de acceso desde las calles de tráfico a 3 minutos andando. Location unbeatable, 150 meters distance from the famous bridge (Puente Nuevo). Just in the lovely old town & 5 minutes walking from city center & all services. Terrace with gorgeous views to the canyon to enjoy & relax drinking a cup of wine or reading a book after a day discovering the beautiful Ronda. Easy driving (not narrows streets) & close to a square with space to stop your car to leave the luggage before parking. Very confortable double bed and sofa bed. Looking forward to meet you!!...
