Incredible Loft with sea views with large garden

Our eco-friendly LOFT powered by solar energy is ideal for couples. They can be up a couple with 2 children.. We offer to reconnect with nature and enjoy its sound. It is located less than 10 minutes by car from the paradisiacal beaches and coves in the north of the island. Our two houses for rent are located on a 20,000 meter plot on the side of a volcano. The view from the large windows of the living room and the terrace are spectacular. You can contemplate the sunrises from the bed.

This is our home and we welcome you to stay while we are away, so please treat it as such: 2 bedroom flat plus dining room, very fast internet WiFi - !FiberOptic!, high specification appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, TV, fridge-freezer, juicer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker etc. Lovely fishing village Los Abrigos, sea views, from both front room and bedroom, 7 mins drive to airport, 3 mins walk to best seafood restaurants, beach. Villa Pefki

Pefki villa is situated in a traditional part of Zakynthos amongst the big forests of the island where you find the natural landscape of the island as it’s very quiet and you will be able to walk long distances in between the forest and see the beautiful green landscape of the area. It’s an area where you can actually find your peace and quiet. It is also situated close to the shipwreck area so this is an advantage. Villa Pefki can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.

Piscine 8.5X3.5, beau jardin 11.000m². Située au milieu de l’île, plages à 4 km. Vue imprenable sur collines, paysage agricole, Ano Syros, mer, Tinos, Mykonos. Calme total, voisinage très lointain.
