MAGIC PLACE IN BARCELONA WITH POOL at 25 minutes from downtown, by public funicular and underground or 4 km by car. Large and cosy 75 m2 apartment with spectacular pool overlooking Barcelona and the Mediterranean sea. The apartment belongs to a beautiful 1912 building in a charming neighborhood of Barcelona. We are extremely well communicated by public transportation. The apartment is at a 10 meter distance from the funicular station and it takes 25 minutes to reach the heart of Barcelona i.e. the Plaza de Cataluña.. Frequency: every 6 minutes during labour days. 10 minutes on Sundays. A Taxi drive home at night depending on where you are, should not exceed 20 €. The apartment has one large bedroom with two queen size beds (120x190 cm). and a double sofa bed in the living area . 40 m2 living area, couch, sat flat TV, bathroom with very large shower, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, electric oven, washing/drying machine, dishwasher, microwave, iron board, etc. Free WIFI. You can control your central heating. We do not need A/C even in the hottest summer, but we have it. We are at 360 m. high. Everything is comfortable, cosy and elegant. There is a confortable sofa bed in the living area, which is transformed in a 140x200 cm. double bed with sheets From the living room area you access a 50m2 terrace with an incredible infinity pool overlooking Barcelona, the Mediterranean Sea, and a dense pinewood forest. The views are truly priceless. The pool area is private for the registered guests. Also, a private lift wich goes straight into your apartment is at your disposal. Bed linen, swimming pool towels and cleaning essentials are also supplied. We always parked in the adjacent streets without any problems. Supermarket and local restaurants are at 200 m distance. You can also go for beautiful walks in the surrounding natural park or discovering the charming modernist neighbourhood of Vallvidrera. All in all, this is the perfect apartment for couples looking to escape the vibrant city life but knowing that they can be there in a blink of an eye. Ideal also for families with up to 2 kids. Este apartamento tiene luz, es práctico y tiene todo lo necesario para que no eches de menos tu casa. Sí, tenemos terraza (y sí, querrás usarla). Es el lugar perfecto para comer fuera sin tener que buscar mesa en un restaurante o para tomar el sol sin que nadie te pida paso. Si el día ha sido intenso recorriendo la ciudad, este es el sitio donde oficialmente puedes desconectar y recordar que estás de vacaciones. Úsala bajo tu propio riesgo: es posible que te cueste volver a salir a la calle. Este apartamento está pensado para que cuatro personas convivan sin estorbarse. Tienes dos habitaciones privadas: la principal con cama doble y una segunda con una cama de matrimonio pequeña. También hay un sofá cama en el salón, por si prefieres tener más opciones a la hora de decidir quién duerme dónde. Hemos equipado la cocina con todo lo necesario para que te prepares algo en casa cuando el cuerpo te pida una tregua. No hace falta que llenes la maleta con champú, jabón, toallas, secador o plancha; aquí encontrarás de todo. Si vienes con niños o bebés, avísanos con tiempo; si tenemos disponibilidad, te dejamos una cuna o una trona para que no tengas que cargar con la casa a cuestas. Sinceramente, no creemos que con todo lo que hay que ver en Barcelona te haga falta, pero tienes televisión por si una noche decides que el mejor plan es simplemente quedarse a ver una película. El apartamento es tuyo mientras estés aquí, así que siéntete libre de usar todo lo que encuentres.
