The Family Rooms at KIMIA Guest House can accommodate up to 4 people and feature a fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning in all areas. There is one comfortable double bed and two cozy sofa beds. Additionally, the room offers two balconies. The hotel is situated in the city center of the island, very close to the starting point of all buses, as well as Papadiamantis Street and the port—all within a 5-10 minute walk. Right across from the hotel, there is also a public parking area.

The accommodation is located at the southern tip of the Pelion peninsula and offers a total of 11 rooms, all with balconies and sea views. Each room is approximately 14.5 to 16 square meters in size and is equipped with two single beds (some rooms have a double bed), a private bathroom, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, internet access, a small fridge, and facilities for making coffee. In this case, Room A5 is available for rent — it features a balcony with a beautiful sea view.
