It has a private yard overlooking the small port of Agrielia.The distance from the house to Kamari beach is 500m,to the small port 300m and to Ai-Giannis beach is 1,2km. The nearest village Keramidi,where you can find small markets and restaurants,is 5km away ,10 minutes by car. At Kamari and Ai-Giannis you can find shops with food and coffee.

Villa Rodi is a seafront property in Kato Gatzea, in a wonderful location, just 50 meters from the sea. Consists of a 150 sq meters and can accommodate up to 6 people. On the ground floor there are an open space living room with fire place, the dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria.
