Its setup in 2200 sqare meters of working coconut plantation and is well staffed and also has a direct and private access to the beach.

Communal area for relaxing and meeting fellow guests. It' located 20 km from Mopa International airport ( GOX) -45 minutes drive and 55 km from Dabolim airport (GOI)(1.5 hour drive)
