Home in the Village

Relax at this peaceful & safe home right in the heart of Canfield. A simple but nice home to stay while you visit family or enjoy the surroundings and local events. Especially now with our reduced rates on this fixer upper. We did some remodeling in mid ‘24 but it’s a work in progress. That said, it’s cozy and close to bike trails, restaurants and a major highway but it lacks a dishwasher, ceiling fans, upstairs laundry and an updated kitchen. But that’s why the price is where it’s at.

This beautiful log cabin is located directly across from Lake Milton Beach. Nestled on a corner lot for plenty of privacy and space for outdoor activities. Have a boat, bring it with you and park it at our dock that’s provided. Don’t have a boat? That’s ok, just rent one from Lake Milton Boat rental. The beach has everything from walking paths to playgrounds for the kids. Need a week off to kick back and relax on the front porch gazing at the beautiful lake? We have just that!

Located in the Mahoning Commons neighborhood, a growing artist and theater district. The studio is situated in a late 19th century former city school, now home to the Calvin Center for the Arts. We are a multi purpose facility that has a gymnasium and theater company. The studio is located on the 2nd floor, nestled away, it is the perfect place to relax and take in the vast amenities of Youngstown. Close proximity to I-680, walking distance to downtown, YSU and Mill Creek Park.
