From the apartment, you have walking distance to most facilities such as restaurants, cafes, parks, and public transportation. It is a family-friendly place, very quiet. We prefer to rent out to families. 180 m2 apartment with fantastic views of the city, 3 terraces (including a spectacular rooftop terrace) and own garden with apple trees, strawberries and flowers. The perfect place to kick back after a busy day. Private parking, and very central with metro, tram and bus (5-10 mins to town). Several groceries stores, coffee shops, restaurants and parks within walking distance.
