Perfectly located flat over-looking St Andrews Lower field direct access to the field, right next door to the Highlander. No need to get into your car as can walk to school campus or functions. Peaceful and quiet apartment. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with one bedroom being en-suite. Open plan kitchen and living area going onto a balcony overlooking the field . A lift is available as well. Very secure flat with guards and secure parking . Easily accessible to restaurants, schools , shops.

Their are emergency lights for when there is loadshedding. kitchen has a gas stove top and an equipped kitchen. a private parking space on the property. an electric fence all around the property along with cameras. it is separate from the main house.very peaceful area of grahamstown.
