250m from the boisterous square, walking 7 minutes through the myth of Pelion and the history of Byzantine Makrinitsa, you arrive at the serenity of a genuine authentic place with magnificent view. Our grand father's stone house lays there. In 2022 we renovated it with respect to its traditional style, into a spacious idyllic guesthouse for 2+1 people, fully adapted to the traditional community of Makrinitsa, and yet providing modern amenities. Volos Central Studio

Πρόκειται για ένα φωτεινό studio, το οποίο βρίσκεται στον 1ο όροφο πολυκατοικίας στο κέντρο του Βόλου. Διαθέτει Wi-Fi, κλιματισμό, ψυγείο, τηλεόραση και κουζινάκι με όλα τα σκεύη κουζίνας. Ο χώρος είναι κατάλληλος τόσο για μεμονωμένους επισκέπτες όσο και για ζευγάρια. Απέχει μόλις 3’ λεπτά με τα πόδια από την παραλιακή οδό του Βόλου, 2’ λεπτά από την κεντρική αγορά (ΕΡΜΟΥ) και έχει εύκολο parking. Ο χώρος είναι ιδανικός για εξορμήσεις στα γραφικά χωριά του Πηλίου όπως Μακρινίτσα, Πορταριά.

Mountain cottage overlooking the sea

On the lushly green Mount Pelion, in an authentic village, our house combines access to the sea (10 km) and ski resort area (7 kms). It can serve as a base for walking or driving to the many pictureque villages and beaches of this mountain. The house includes a garden with shady trees, also cherries and apricots in their season, and is only two minutes away from a mini market, restaurant, pharmacie and the wonderful square. Fully equipped and provided with maps and books about the region.

Anna's Villa is located in the dreamlike location of a traditional settlement of Makrinitsa. Walking through the traditional cobbled streets and within the dense, evergreen vegetation of the magical mountain, you will find yourself in our beautiful setting that is ideal for both families and couples, and for those of any age. Provides all-in-one amenities, giving you unique moments of relaxation and well-being.For the house you have to walk 100 meters in the traditional cobbled streets.

Katie's Blue House (κέντρο-πεζόδρομος) - Studio B

Cozy and functional small (23 sq.m.) ground-floor studio with an independent entrance on a picturesque, quiet pedestrian street. Located in a central residential complex, in the heart of the city, next to shops, cafés, bars & traditional taverns. Less than a 5-minute walk from the university, the beach & the port. An ideal location for easy commuting without a car. No yard or balcony, but excellent value for money. Minimal decor, pleasant atmosphere.

The home of Centaurs

The house stands in the historic village of Portaria Pelion and it is about 500 m. from the central square. It's altitude is 630m., and has a spectacular view to Pagasitikos and the town of Volos. You can enjoy this view not only from the balcony but also inside the house. Furthermore the Ski Centre of Pelion is only 14km. far and the city of Volos 12km. Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria.

Λόγοι που θα σας αρέσει ο χώρος μου: η θέα, η τοποθεσία, οι άνθρωποι, το περιβάλλον και ο εξωτερικός χώρος. Ο χώρος μου είναι κατάλληλος για ζευγάρια, δραστηριότητες για ένα άτομο, επαγγελματίες ταξιδιώτες.Όσο για τα κατοικίδια μόνο μικρά δεν επιτρέπεται να τα αφήνετε μόνο τους στο σπίτι και χρέωση είναι 10 € ανά μέρα.

Χαλαρώστε σε αυτόν τον ήρεμο, κομψό χώρο. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε κοντινή απόσταση από το κέντρο του Βόλου, πλησίον ΟΣΕ και ΚΤΕΛ. Και πολύ κοντά στο σιδηροδρομικό σταθμό!!!!Επισης πολύ κοντά στο λιμανι!!Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στο πρώτο όροφο διπλοκατοικίας, η πρόσβαση σε αυτό γίνεται μέσω σκάλας.
