Rustic home, kid friendly

We are close to anything you may need and have the WHOLE house to yourself! Central location, just a few blocks from downtown. We have a trampoline in the ground, park for the kids, new basketball court, big covered porch to sit and relax, and a super nice fire pit with lots of seating. Cozy space for a nice visit/get away! The neighbors are up on the street while we r down behind/below for peace. Says 10 for sleeping cause I have had lots of requests. There is also a hide a bed & air mattress.

Preston House

Bring your family (pups too) to our sweet little old lady house! Built in 1915 she sleeps up to 6 comfortably. Affordable and within a short walking distance to all of Preston's best. Our guests enjoy the fully fenced and private backyard, roast some marshmallows and let your family run and play. Our guests love her beautiful tall ceilings and pretty trim, as well as her quirks such as steep stairs, and window ac units! We are flexible and hope you love your time in Preston as much as we do!

Centrally Located, Cozy Basement Apartment

This newly renovated, private basement apartment is located in the heart of Preston, half a block from the hospital and the famous Oneida Stake Academy. Within walking distance to a library, a grocery store, a park, and main street. Entire apartment is newly renovated, with walk-in custom tile shower, custom cabinets, granite countertops, 65" smart TV and laundry room. Great for medical students working at the hospital. D. L. Evans Manor

This unique place has a style all its own. Built in 1916. Listed on the National Historic Registry. Inlaid wood floors, antique light fixtures, furniture, carpets. Wood cabinets and molding throughout. Filled with history. D. L. Evans was the Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Idaho Legislature in 1899 and his grandson, John Evans was the Governor in the 1980s. Home has six bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, sun room, parlor/game room, and library.

Inside, you'll find a workspace, kitchen, two double beds, and a loft with a big screen TV (no internet). A bar is perfect for meals while you watch a flick. Need more space? Add our bunkhouse with 5 full beds, a large TV, and a game table. (Note: Bunkhouse has no bathroom).
