NEW DOCK!! This modern lake house, sleeps 15 and sits in a quiet wooded area on Cedar Creek Reservoir. Access to the hot tub, grill, kayaks, & paddle boards included! Enjoy the 5 bedrooms (incl. bunk room), 3 baths, 2 patios, 2 living rooms, a fully stocked kitchen, & a private boat house for fishing & swimming nested on .75 acre lot! Relax on the upper deck, open-air patio, or fire pit by the water. Full day access on check-in or check-out days is available as an option, pending availability.

Guests enjoy access to the saltwater pool, pickleball court, putting green, and peaceful lakefront spaces. Your invitation to rest, reconnect, and savor the serenity of the season.

Dogwood Cabin on Scenic Wooded Mossbridge Farm

Our two cabins Dogwood and Holly are located on a quiet, wooded 10 acre retreat that is 8 miles from Athens. Our special feature is a spring fed creek that flows year round and has it's own micro climate that is perfect for native ferns, mixed hardwood forest and dogwoods. We have provided a nature trail for bird watching and exercise. Recently we designed and constructed a beautiful pond with three waterfalls and a deck overhanging the water with chairs for enjoying our private paradise.

Our guests frequently notice our deer and other woodland creatures who share this space with us.
