The studio Balìn, along with 4 other apartments that bear the names of the winds of the lake (Ora, Montese, Pelèr and Vinessa) is part of a 60s villa, called Baldovilla, just a few minutes from the center of Malcesine. Born as an outbuilding, the Balìn has recently been renovated to be used as an independent studio: it has an independent entrance, a small but functional kitchenette and a bathroom with shower.
