A beautiful, historic stone cottage in the heart of the gold fields. simply modernised to maintain an old world ambience and eclectically furnished with family heirloom furniture and special interest collections. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Fantastic 3 bedroom home with awesome views of Mount Alexander and surrounds. Plenty of room with a large living room, wood fire, tv / entertainment system, kitchen, deck including entertaining area and bbq downstairs. Upstairs there is another lounge / study, bedroom and toilet. The barn is another entertainment area with a pool table, table tennis, darts, library and a large screen tv all heated and air conditioned.

It's a totally separate and private space, air conditioned, double glazed and with its own off-street parking and access. It is within walking distance to the town centre, The Mill Complex, The Bridge Hotel and the Botanic Gardens; and just a 7 min walk up the hill from the railway station. Enjoy fabulous views to the east from the lounge, bedroom and your private balcony across the town to Leanganook.
