Casa Isabella: Serenity By The Sea

Casa Isabella is 5 minutes walk from the centre of the the village of Malfa on the island of Salina, one of the seven Aeolian Islands off the north-west coast of Sicily. This two storey house was recently renovated to exceptional standards and restored in typical Aeolian style with a contemporary twist, sleeping two people comfortably. The house has magnificent uninterrupted views over the ocean, including from the double bedroom, the two covered outdoor terraces and the front garden. It is bordered by grape vines on one side, olive trees to the other, and the ocean in front. The double bedroom upstairs has a window overlooking the sea and also views back to Malfa, and has an en-suite bathroom and shower. Downstairs there is a large living area that opens onto a covered terrace which is perfect for entertaining, a modern eat-in kitchen opening to another terrace, and another bathroom with shower and washing machine. The house is minimalist in design with resin floors and new fittings throughout. All bedding and bath towels are supplied (please bring your own beach towels), and the kitchen is fully equipped. The house is fully air-conditioned and also has heating for the colder months, as well as a slow combustion fire-place. The house has television and wifi, but no telephone. Mobile reception is good. The house is a 5 minute walk from Malfa shops and village square, a 10 minute walk to Malfa port and a 15 minute walk to Punta Scario Beach. It has plenty of parking space for a car and/or scooters, both of which can be rented in Malfa. Casa Isabella is perfect for a week, a month or the whole summer season! Minimum stay is 7 nights. Casa Isabella is also our holiday home, and we ask that you treat it as if it were yours. Upon arrival, we will supply a full information guide to the house, restaurants and other sites and services in Malfa, and the surrounding islands. Cleaning fee is €50 and is to be paid in cash directly to the cleaner upon checkout. PLEASE NOTE, THIS HOUSE IS SUITABLE FOR ADULTS ONLY.

L'Agave, Salina

L'Agave è una casa di fine Ottocento situata in una delle più panoramiche e comode zone dell'isola di Salina, nelle isole Eolie. La proprietaria, scenografa del teatro e cinema italiano, ha curato l'arredo con amore ed eleganza e nel rispetto dello stile dell'isola. In 2 minuti si raggiunge una delle spiagge più suggestive, la spiaggia di Scario, che per la vicinanza, sembra la spiaggia privata della casa. L'appartamento "Attico sul mare" si trova di fronte la baia di Canneto dista 50 mt dal mare e circa 100 mt dal molo da dove partono le imbarcazioni per le escursione nelle altre isole, fermata del bus a 20 mt. La casa gode di un terrazzo veranda con una vista mare mozzafiato. Dispone di 1 camera matrimoniale,1 bagno, cucina dotata di tutti i comfort (TV satellitare W-FI lavastoviglie macchina caffè divano letto matrimoniale)attigua alla terrazza attrezzata con tavolo sedie divanetto e sdraio.

Didyme with stunning terrace overlooking beach

Didyme is directly on the beach (20m.) and the terrace has a stunning view over the other aeolian islands. It's suitable for couples, families with children and groups of friends. It has 3 bedrooms, a living room with kitchen, two bathrooms and a panoramic terrace. It's located in the village of Acquacalda, in the north of the island of Lipari and overlooks one of its most beautiful beaches. It's equipped with air conditioning, fans, mosquito nets and Wi-Fi.

Casa Rossa è un bilocale luminosissimo con un patio panoramico con vista su Panarea e Stromboli. A due passi dalla spiaggia e dalla via principale di Santa Marina Salina, in zona Barone. Il suo colore dominante è il rosso carminio delle maioliche eoliane. La posizione è strategica per raggiungere in pochi minuti la spiaggia, il porto, servizi essenziali, negozi di vario genere e ristoranti tipici. Sono presenti videocamere di sorveglianza esterne.

Grazie alla posizione centrale di questo alloggio, l'intero gruppo potrà accedere facilmente a tutte le attrazioni locali. l appartamento, in villa, ha un panorama mozzafiato, una terrazza con cucina esterna. molto elegante, 2 stanze da letto ognuna delle quali fornita di bagno in camera, di recentissima ristrutturazione. si trova a circa 100 passi dal mare e a 30 da via risorgimento, la viuzza centrale dell' isola. l alloggio è molto silenzioso .

La casa si compone di una grande cucina pranzo con divano letto, dalla quale attraverso un passaggio ad arco si accede ad altra zona giorno con due letti singoli, camera matrimoniale, bagno, terrazza attrezzata con tavolo , sedie e sdraio .Di pertinenza esclusiva della casa è il giardino antistante i terrazzo anche questo arredato con arredi da giardino , amaca e un splendida doccia esterna.

Silenziosa, sopra una scogliera da cui si accede con scala interna in una piccola spiaggia privata a meno di un minuto a piedi. Dalla casa c’è un sentiero panoramico che porta alle ex spiagge bianche raggiungibili in meno di 10 minuti. La casa offre uno splendido panorama su Stromboli e Panarea. Due terrazzi, ampio soggiorno con angolo cottura, camera matrimoniale due bagni e ampie docce. Sopra mansarda con tre letti e bagno.

Eolian Villa “Mare” - Floating over the sea

Spacious Aeolian-style villa immersed in nature, far from traffic and noise — a peaceful haven with wide indoor and outdoor sea-view spaces. Just a few meters above sea level, you can hear the sound of the waves from the house. The sea is reachable in just a few minutes via a private footpath. A natural rock pool allows swimming at any hour. A beautiful beach is also accessible by foot or even by swimming.

Casa San Giuseppe

La casa è attrezzata per un uso personale, con arredi non dozzinali. La location è caratteristica, praticamente circondata da bar e ristoranti sulla piazza di Marina Corta, da dove partono anche tutte le gite organizzate per le isole . Sotto casa c'è un diving e ci sono gli uffici di coloro che organizzano le gite in barca.
