L'ingesso è condiviso con quello dell'appartamento sottostante, vi si accede da un cancello pedonale condiviso per poi dover salire una scalinata in pietra che vi porta sul primo piano della casa dove c'è uno dei due terrazzi. L'alloggio è dotato di un grande giardino dotato di lettini e ombrelloni, fruibile per gli ospiti di entrambi gli appartamenti.
